Overview
The TAGRM M3000 is a medium-sized organic compost turner with a working width of up to 3m and a working height of 1.3m. Its thick steel-plate structure provides a stable body with corrosion resistance and flexible rotation.
The M3000 is equipped with a 127 or 147-horsepower diesel engine for mixing sludge, compost and other materials with high humidity and high viscosity. Hydraulic integral lifting supports adjustment to different working conditions.

M3000 Advantages
The M3000 roller uses mechanical transmission and hydraulic clutch power switching. Engine power reaches the working drum through the transfer case and transmission gearbox.
- Gear-pair transmission efficiency can reach more than 93%.

- Impact-resistant roller control with a manual mode for emergency work.
Integrated lifting addresses bolt loosening and falling caused by asynchronous roller lifting. Manganese steel cutters are strong and corrosion resistant. The spiral roller design crushes, mixes and turns raw materials uniformly with one thousandth dispersion, while filling the compost with oxygen and cooling it. The roller also lifts for deeper processing. Choose special rollers and knives according to the raw material characteristics.

Working Condition
1. The compost facility working site should be flat, solid and convex-concave surface more than 50mm is prohibited.
2. The width of the windrow material should be no larger than 3000mm; the height could be max reach 1430mm.
3. The front and the end of the material need 15 m place for turning, the row space of strip material compost hill should be at least 1 meter.
